Yoga can involve making shapes, but there is so much more to this beautiful practice.
Since my first class in 1991 yoga has been a source of support, especially during times of change. I now love sharing the benefits of yoga with others. My relationship with the practice has not been without bumps in the road; I understand how self-care can be challenging at times, often when we need it most! Self-acceptance and compassion are an important part of my yoga journey, and I aim to invite this ever-evolving process for all when I teach.
Breath led movement, fluidity and stillness, interwoven with a little yoga philosophy and poetry, are all ingredients in my classes. I encourage self-enquiry and deep listening: the opportunity to tune in and respond to what you need.
